Coconut Oil Omelet. For Your Baby. It Is Just So Darn Easy.

So you know Coconut Oil is good for you. It’s good for your pets. It’s good as your sunscreen. But what about for baby? Yes, you can give coconut oil to your baby. They will even hold the jar for you!

Super simple and healthy recipe for your baby, toddler, kid and adults too.  So super duper easy that it’ll be finished just about as fast as you can open a jar of baby food.  Well maybe a touch longer ;).

What you need:

2 cage free eggs (Omega 3 – we need this and it is good for us)

1 tablespoon of Virgin Coconut Oil

Sprinkle some shredded cheddar or mozzarella

What to do:

Beat both eggs in a bowl.  Add tablespoon of virgin coconut oil to pan on stovetop.  Turn stovetop dial anywhere from med-hot to  hot.  Once coconut oil is melted (looks like melted butter), pour eggs in pan.  Once your start to see bubbles forming you can check to see if it is ready to fold over.  Once it is “fold ready” sprinkle cheese on top and fold over.  Let it sit on a lower heat for another minute or two.  Voila!!  All done.

A nice and convenient way to serve to your baby is if you dice it up (it kinds of looks like grilled cheese – but with egg instead of bread). This is how we fed it to our niece Victoria and she LOVED it!

PROOF :)
